This project consists of the adaptive reuse of two existing buildings into a cohesive veterinary care campus for a non profit organization, integrating multiple specialized treatment and support functions. One building is organized as a full-service veterinary clinic with exam rooms,
treatment, surgery, imaging, ICU, and dedicated isolation areas for distemper care, supporting 24-hour operations and emergency services, while the second building accommodates a parvo clinic and administrative offices, including intake and treatment wards, bathing and support
areas, staff offices, and meeting spaces. The design prioritizes efficient workflows, clear separation of clinical and administrative zones, and durable, easy-to-maintain materials suited for high-volume animal care, creating a coordinated and mission-driven environment that supports
both medical treatment and organizational operations within a unified campus.
