The D-Bat Class A Baseball Training Facility is an indoor baseball and softball training facility with five (5) batting cages, eleven (11) pitching cages, parent lounge, party room for special events, pro shop, and offices for training staff.
The tenant improvement/ build-out of the D-Bat Class A Baseball Training Facility provides a high quality, instructional environment that enhances the baseball and softball experience for players of all skill levels. The interior environment is complete with high efficacy LED lighting, artificial turf, and realistic pitching mound and home plate configurations and finishes that replicate actual baseball and softball field conditions. Every aspect of the interior environment has an attention to detail for optimal training and safety of the player while providing amenities for parents and staff to facilitate player development.
Fox Architecture designed the interior environment complete with technology and monitors to simulate Major League Baseball stadiums and to provide each player with real-time performance statistics. In addition, each batting and pitching cage is equipped with point-of-sale stations to facilitate independent utilization of the training facility.
