The WinStar Insurance Group is a tenant improvement/ build-out of a workplace environment consisting of seven (7) private offices, executive conference room, four (4) small conference rooms, five (5) open workplace environments, break room, work room, and reception with waiting area.
The tenant improvement/ build-out of WEXCO International provides for a workplace environment that supports a highly collaborative, team environment complete with five open office pods for 4-6 team members to function as a cohesive team. The design of the workplace environment also provides small conference rooms for meetings with consultants and clients.
Fox Architecture designed the interior environment with a considerable amount of flexible workspace for future growth and ability to scale teams for specific project needs. The interior environment was designed with audio visual and videoconferencing capabilities throughout the office environment to maintain connectivity to other office locations.
